We are looking for an experienced Personal Trainer with a REPs Level 3 qualification or CIMSPA Practitioner, or above, who can deliver high-quality inductions, personal best programs, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties. The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing, and approachable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage members.
As a Personal Trainer at Nuffield Health, you will have access to a range of services, including physiotherapy, private healthcare, financial wellbeing advice, and more. You will also have the opportunity to progress into Wellbeing Lead and management roles, as well as further training from our in-house Personal Best program.
The benefits package includes free gym membership, paid holiday, and no fee to train clients at our facilities. We offer clear career progression with unrivalled opportunities to move onwards and upwards, making this an exciting opportunity for any aspiring Personal Trainer.
