About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Advocate to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to individuals, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Build meaningful relationships with service users, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Assist with personal goals and aspirations, promoting independence and empowerment
  • Support social engagement activities, such as holidays and hobbies
