Senior Home Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Home Support Professional to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to our clients.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is for a Weekend Carer Assistant who will provide personal care and practical support to our clients in their own homes. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication, as well as providing companionship and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management
- Assist with practical tasks, such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting independence and dignity
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care services
