About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Housing Solutions team as a Triage Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to a wide range of queries from clients at risk of homelessness, providing advice and support to help them access housing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client queries and provide advice on housing options and support services
  • Work with clients to identify and address the root causes of homelessness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide written decisions and communicate with clients in a clear and respectful manner

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Lettings, Homelessness and Housing Act
  • Experience of providing advice and support to vulnerable individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
