Neonatal Service Development Manager

A fixed term contract opportunity has arisen for a dedicated professional to work with the Northern Neonatal Network and Local Maternity and Neonatal System. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring strong communication, partnership development, and integrated working across the Northeast and North Cumbria region. By amplifying the parent and family voice, this post aims to enhance Family Integrated Care services in all units, fostering engagement initiatives that meet national review recommendations and NHS commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with network Care Coordinators, Parent Advisory Group, and local MNVPs to collect and analyze feedback from parents and families who have experienced neonatal care
- Utilize gathered insights to shape service improvements and develop targeted solutions
- Establish key relationships with regional stakeholders to promote consistency and effect positive change in neonatal services
About You:
We are seeking an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to empathize with diverse communities, and a passion for championing integrated care. A salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving meaningful change.
