Job Description

We are recruiting a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Family Integrated Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing family engagement initiatives that promote better health outcomes and improved patient experience.

You will work closely with our Care Coordinators, Parent Advisory Group, and local MNVPs to seek out and listen to the voices of parents and families who have had a neonatal experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our services to meet the needs of our communities.
