Young People's Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Horizon Care and Education.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a level 3 qualification in Children’s and Young Peoples workforce, with a passion for supporting young people to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily support to young people within our residential homes, including assisting with morning routines and helping them engage in hobbies and social activities.
- Preparing evening meals and ensuring the young person has a safe space to relax and unwind.
The successful candidate will be a real team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
BenefitsHighest Rate of Pay: £21,400 per annum
We offer a competitive salary, paid as £11.65 per hour, based on 37 hours per week.
