Moat House is a beautiful newly built quality residential home in Burbage conservation area, offering award-winning luxury and high-quality care. We are looking for a Care Coordinator to supervise the care team to ensure high-quality care and that care needs of each resident is met every day with the utmost care and attention and their personal choice is reflected

**We are recruiting a Care Coordinator;**
- Salary up to** **£13.50 Hour
- Full time hours including alternate weekends

**What we are looking for;**
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Previous Senior Care Assistant experience (essential)
- Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
