Job Title: Senior Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Administrator to join our team at Oriel Partners Limited. Based in the heart of central London, this role offers a unique opportunity to support the owner of a Private Equity company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting scheduling. A Spanish speaker with a driving license is preferred.

This is a newly created position, offering hybrid working opportunities. The ideal candidate will be required to travel to the Principle's home in southern England and Europe (when required).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management and calendar organization
  • Travel arrangements and hotel bookings
  • Meeting scheduling and coordination
  • Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact
  • Inbox management and email administration
  • Arranging events and meetings
  • Assisting with marketing and social media platforms
  • Writing content and news stories
  • Basic administration tasks

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
