We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality exhibitions and conferences globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Drive data capture and support commercial processes.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success team for seamless integration of sales leads.
  • Offer customer support through Freshdesk, email, and telephone as needed.
  • Business travel to support events, including competitor events.
  • Confident IT skills and experience with CRM databases.
  • Effective time management, both in the office and when working from home.
