Job Title: Sales and Events Coordinator

Join the Dog and Fox team as a Sales and Events Coordinator, where you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional events experiences for our guests.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support our Sales Manager in delivering the sales strategy and increasing organic and pre-booked revenue. As a Sales and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing booking requests, liaising with the management team, and proactively selling and upselling to prospective and confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage booking requests and maximize conversion rates
  • Liaise with the management team on key bookings and enquiries
  • Proactively sell and upsell to prospective and confirmed bookings
  • Assist with event management, including ensuring all required materials are present and communicating with the management team
Requirements:
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills
  • Eager to learn and develop
  • Energetic and passionate about delivering great experiences
  • Previous experience with Designmynight/Collins would be preferred but not essential
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of clientele and colleagues
