Job Opportunity at The Dog & Fox Hotel

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales team as a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to deliver the sales strategy and drive organic and pre-booked revenue.
  • Proactively sell and upsell to prospective and confirmed bookings.
  • Ensure all required materials are present for events to run smoothly and communicate details to the management team.
  • Meet and greet coordinators to ensure everything is as agreed and assist the team with successful event delivery.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure they are satisfied and maintain social media presence to increase followers and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and develop.
  • Energetic and passionate to deliver great experiences.
  • Previous experience with Designmynight / Collins would be preferred but not essential.
  • Capable of prioritizing own workload and self-motivated.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of clientele and colleagues.
  • High level of professional presentation with a friendly and welcoming personality.
