HR & Payroll Role in Nottingham

SF Recruitment seeks a skilled HR and Payroll professional to manage various aspects of employee life cycles, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll.

The successful candidate will handle day-to-day HR tasks, such as new starters, employment references, absence management, holiday administration, leaver processing, and event support. Additionally, they will assist with payroll preparation, process weekly timesheets, and resolve payroll-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR inquiries.
  2. Collaborate on payroll preparation, process weekly timesheets, and address payroll concerns.
  3. Promote employee engagement through company-wide events and initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:

Must possess relevant HR administration experience, preferably at assistant, coordinator, or advisor levels. While payroll experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Our ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication and organizational skills, enabling them to work effectively both individually and within a team environment.

Compensation Package:

This position offers a competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
