About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Railway Flooring Maintenance Professional to join our team at Shorterm Group's New Cross Gate depot in South East London. As an Aesthetics Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the aesthetic condition of our train interiors, working closely with our production team.

  • Inspecting units for any visual defects">
  • Repairing lino tears and rips">
  • Applying sealants to maintain the interior's appearance">
  • Updating Maximo work orders and reporting defects">

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, be reliable with timekeeping, and be willing to learn new skills. A strong work ethic and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining our high standards.

Salary and Benefits

">

The hourly pay rate for this position is £21.42 PAYE / £27.32 Umbrella. You will work 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an on-going contract. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development within our team.
