Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess extensive experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant within a professional services environment, preferably with legal experience. A minimum of four years in a similar role is required. Additionally, candidates should have a typing speed of at least 55 words per minute with 98% accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
