Job Summary:

We are seeking a District Operations Lead to join our Business Fire Safety team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Building Regulations and Complex Buildings team to ensure compliance with fire safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead district teams to guarantee compliance with building regulations and fire safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex issues related to building regulations and fire safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance fire safety and compliance within the district.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as fire safety or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing district teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration: £42,708 - £45,718 per annum (dependent on experience).

Working Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week (Flexi Time).

Employment Type: Permanent.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday.
