Job Title: Administrator

Baltic Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Administrator to join their team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support with busy enrolments, ensuring accurate completion of all enrolment and qualification/funding paperwork.
  • Process all administration tasks, adhering to business recording systems.
  • Prepare and submit paperwork to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including enrolments, certificates, and college queries.
  • Update learner attendance records and maintain accurate records.
  • Register, claim, and process certificates accurately and timely.
  • Prepare paperwork for enrolments and send updates to the Manager on daily progress.
  • Perform general office duties, including telephone queries, scanning, photocopying, filing, and reception duties.
  • Participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and industrial updating as requested and meet contractual requirements.
  • Invigilate exams and provide support to learners and tutors on training courses.
  • Make aftercare telephone calls to all learners and ensure compliance with company policies, including Health and Safety, Equality & Diversity, Quality, and Safeguarding.
  • Maintain and update occupational skills and knowledge through the Company CPD programme and ensure full compliance with GDPR requirements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate independence.
  • Ability to show attention to detail and work as a team player.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills, with the ability to follow instructions and administration procedures accurately.
  • Willingness to undertake further learning and development and hold a Level 1 in English & Mathematics.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving License and have use of own vehicle.
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
  • Experience of dealing with members of the public.
  • Level 2 in English and Mathematics.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £25,000, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. All successful candidates will be asked to submit an enhanced DBS check.
