Support Role for Young People with Autism

Bright Minds Creative Academy is looking for a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. This role involves supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, including ADHD and autism.

About the Job

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive induction programme and ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Working with a range of young people aged 5-19 with varying abilities and needs
  • Providing support to teachers and engaging with students to help them achieve a positive learning outcome
  • Assisting with setting up activities and adapting the environment to suit individual needs
