Advancement and Partnerships Director

**Estimated Salary:** £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
Job Description: As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Headmaster to develop and implement a comprehensive Advancement strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and inspiring the Advancement Team, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and creating a compelling case for support.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:** A strong background in Development, Fundraising, Marketing, or Admissions is essential. You should possess highly developed leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as high levels of cultural awareness and emotional intelligence. A diplomatic approach with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence others is also critical.
