Advancement Director
Location: Malvern College
Contract: Permanent
Malvern College seeks an enthusiastic and driven Advancement Director to join our team. As the Advancement Director, you will:

Create, manage, and oversee Malvern Colleges strategic plan for Advancement.
Lead and inspire the Advancement Team to execute on key strategic initiatives and achieve excellence in all areas.
High levels of cultural awareness and emotional intelligence, essential for effective relationship-building and collaboration.
Malvern College offers a competitive salary, to be discussed at interview.
Malvern College exists to provide a quality all round education for pupils aged 13 18 and is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Candidates must be prepared to undergo child protection screening and an Enhanced DBS check.
We will seek references on short-listed candidates that will include questions about past disciplinary actions or allegations in relation to behaviour with children and may approach previous employers for information to verify particular experience or qualifications before interview. An online search will also be carried out as part of due diligence on all short-listed candidates.
