About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled mental health professional to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people. As a Senior Clinician, you will be responsible for providing specialist clinical services to looked-after children and their carers.

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience in a mental health-related field and excellent assessment and risk management skills. They will also possess experience working with looked-after children and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide specialist clinical services to looked-after children and young people, including assessments, interventions, and ongoing support
  • To work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, social workers, and educators to develop and implement effective care plans
  • To provide consultation and supervision to junior staff and other professionals
  • To contribute to service planning, development, and evaluation
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for continuing professional development.
