Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, working closely with other staff members to support finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and reconcile financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Work closely with the company's accountants to prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credit notes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Provide financial support to other departments, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Working Hours and Salary:

Monday to Friday, with a salary up to £32,000 dependent on experience.
