Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator

HDA Chartered Financial Planners is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our financial planners and paraplanners, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update our back-office systems accordingly.
  • Liaise with clients and providers to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of client requests.
  • Compile and send client correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Process new business and monitor progress to completion.
  • Assist colleagues with answering phones and responding to client inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years administration experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong work ethic and flexible attitude.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
