We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Recruit UK Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialist in the financial planning industry, offering tailored and bespoke financial planning solutions to clients across the UK.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide technical administration support, prepare meeting packs and templated reports, and support new members of the team. They will also liaise with clients, including email and phone calls, and welcome them at the office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical administration support to the financial planning team
- Prepare meeting packs and templated reports for clients
- Support new members of the team in their roles
- Liaise with clients to provide excellent customer service
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £27,000, annual salary reviews, discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday, increasing each year, Christmas time off, additional sick leave, extended maternity and paternity leave, 3% pension contribution, 4x DIS, exam support and funding, and work night outs.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have strong administration experience working in the financial planning industry, knowledge of UK products such as investments, pensions, tax, etc., and a desire to expand their experience in the financial planning industry.
