Financial Operations Coordinator

De Lisle Financial Planning is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Client and Operations Coordinator to join their small, busy team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client service, manage daily operations, and support the Financial Planners in delivering excellent client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a professional point of contact for clients, providers, and suppliers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Organize client meetings, manage the Financial Planners' diary, and workload
- Prepare client documentation in advance of meetings
- Manage client service needs and expectations to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain SharePoint, back-office systems, and client files to compliance standards
- Filter Financial Planner's general information, queries, and invitations
- Comply with relevant compliance, T&C, data protection, and financial crime procedures/requirements
- Excellent command of MS Office and tech-savviness to navigate various systems
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to jump in and help as needed
- Previous experience in an office environment, preferably as a Personal Assistant or Administration Manager
- Hybrid working arrangement with one day at home per week
- Access to a beautiful office space with green space, gym, and other amenities
