About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at LM RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS LTD. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Group Management Accountant to fulfill finance functions, including sales and purchase ledger management, payroll, and banking duties.
  • Prepare and reconcile cash book entries, manage bank reconciliations, and process third-party and intercompany bank payment runs.
  • Assist with VAT accounting, payroll, and pension reporting, as well as credit control duties and customer liaison.
  • Partner with the Sales, Production, and Management teams to ensure effective order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and credit control.
  • Embrace change and contribute to business growth by utilizing new systems and improving processes.
Requirements
  • AAT Level 3 Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • High numeracy skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous credit control experience or a willingness to develop in this area.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a confident, organized, and methodical approach.
  • Microsoft Office experience and familiarity with Sage 200 or similar ERP systems.
