Client and Operations Coordinator

De Lisle Financial Planning is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Client and Operations Coordinator to join their small, busy team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client service, manage daily operations, and support the Financial Planners in delivering excellent client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a professional point of contact for clients, providers, and suppliers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Organize client meetings, manage the Financial Planners' diary, and workload
  • Prepare client documentation in advance of meetings
  • Manage client service needs and expectations to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain SharePoint, back-office systems, and client files to compliance standards
  • Filter Financial Planner's general information, queries, and invitations
  • Comply with relevant compliance, T&C, data protection, and financial crime procedures/requirements
Requirements:
  • Excellent command of MS Office and tech-savviness to navigate various systems
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to jump in and help as needed
  • Previous experience in an office environment, preferably as a Personal Assistant or Administration Manager
