Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Patagonia. As a key ambassador of our brand, you will provide exceptional customer service, support the Store Manager, and promote our values and products to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience by being attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about our brand.
  • Talk confidently with customers about our products, history, and values.
  • Showcase your passion for the outdoors and convey what makes us unique.
  • Lead environmental initiatives and storytelling with customers, promoting our commitment to sustainability.
  • Maintain high merchandising standards that reflect our brand image.
  • Inspire employees to contribute to the store's productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A love of the outdoors and a passion for saving our home planet.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail or customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to train, delegate, and set clear expectations.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per yearBenefits
