About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at WHSmith. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. You will also work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and security procedures
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and promotions, ensuring that customers receive expert advice and recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and drive business growth
