Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to guide our team of software developers. As a manager, you will be responsible for guiding the development process, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing performance management for team members, assessing skills and developing growth plans.
  • Enhancing employee engagement and ways of working, empowering employees and supporting their health and wellbeing.
