KFC General Manager Leadership Role
KFC UK is seeking a dynamic leader to fill the KFC General Manager Leadership Role. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day activities at our restaurant.

In this position, you will manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and customer service. You will maintain a clean and safe working environment that adheres to health and safety regulations and ensure all restaurant equipment and facilities are well-maintained and operational.

You will lead by example, motivating and counseling team members to achieve exceptional results and providing regular feedback on their performance. Conducting regular team meetings to discuss goals, objectives, and any issues or concerns is also a key responsibility.
