About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team at SCR Recruitment Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a residential service providing care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in learning disabilities, and possess strong staff management skills. They will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff members, ensuring high-quality care standards are maintained, and developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in learning disabilities)
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
What We Offer:
