Accounts Leadership Role

Haines Watts Western is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join its Exeter branch.
The ideal candidate will have an ACA / ACCA qualification with practice experience, experience as a manager or overseeing a small team, and strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
The role involves managing accounts assignments, overseeing workflow and team management, taking a lead role on audit assignments from planning to completion, and reviewing audit files ahead of Director review.
Key Requirements- ACA / ACCA qualification with practice experience
- Experience as a manager or overseeing a small team

- Multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Commercial awareness and technical knowledge of financial reporting
