At Tarmac, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you'll be the initial point of contact for our customers, providing an excellent customer service experience and high level of customer care at all times. Your responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries via telephone, online and email orders from initial contact through to delivery, completing data entry and order processing tasks, collaborating with the team and other stakeholders to clarify facts, exchange information, support colleagues and resolve queries, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the account base. If you have experience gained within a similar role, engaging with stakeholders, and possess first class customer service and communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
