About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Tarmac. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and online orders, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders and data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
  • Work closely with the Fleet and Capacity planners to ensure seamless transportation and material availability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with experience of Salesforce CRM an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, with a strong desire to grow and develop within the company.
