We are seeking an experienced Part Time Customer Service Coordinator to join our friendly team at Tarmac Stancombe, Flax Bourton near Bristol. This is a great opportunity to work in a successful Customer Service team working 25 hrs per week. The role is easily accessible from Weston-super-Mare, Bristol, Chepstow, Newport, Cardiff, South Gloucester and the surrounding areas.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Coordinator will work cross-functionally within our Customer Service Team and be the initial point of contact for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

* Handling customer enquiries via telephone, online and email orders from initial contact through to delivery
* Providing customers with an excellent customer service experience, providing a high level of customer care and attention at all times
* Completing data entry and order processing tasks
* Collaborating within the team and other stakeholders to clarify facts, exchange information, support colleagues and resolve queries
* Inputting accurate customer data into the CRM system
* Building relationships with key stakeholders in the account base
* Working closely with the Fleet and Capacity planners to ascertain transport and material availability
* Ensuring customers are kept informed at all times, allowing us to plan our transport fleet to meet relevant commercial demands

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience gained within a similar role, engaging with stakeholders. They will have confidence in the use of IT systems, including MS Word and Excel, and experience of Salesforce CRM is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
