Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Connections Advisor to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a key member of our community outreach program, you will be responsible for administering and processing orders through the Household Support Fund, working closely with internal departments and external agencies to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration and processing of orders required through the Household Support Fund
  • Excellent organisational and admin skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good knowledge and understanding of utilising Excel and Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Ability to interact with internal departments and external agencies to provide excellent customer service
