Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Type and file legal documents to ensure accuracy and organisation.
  • Client Communication: Handle phone calls, take messages, and ensure all communications are recorded and distributed.
  • Expense Management: Manage and submit expenses for legal processes and travel.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent typing skills, proficiency in using office software such as MS Office, and familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols.

Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: £25,000 - £28,000.
  • Working Hours: Full-time position with 35 working hours per week.
