About the Role:

As a key member of the Arena Racing Company team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive betting experience for our clients. This role requires a high level of interpersonal skills, a personable approach, and excellent time management abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of various betting types and minimum spends.
  • Prepare for customer interactions by setting up cash and betting terminals.
  • Operate betting terminals effectively, handling cash and electronic transactions securely.
  • Clarify bets with customers to ensure accurate placements and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Adhere to security procedures, safeguarding cash and transactions.
  • Reconcile cash by completing accurate cash reports.
  • Verify customer identities to prevent under-age betting and adhere to Challenge 21 policy.
  • Work within the guidelines and regulations of the Gambling Commission, prioritizing vulnerable persons and money laundering prevention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to needs and queries in a timely and professional manner.
