Job Title: Contact Centre Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contact Centre Advisor to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service to our patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective communication to patients and healthcare professionals via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
