About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our home sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with leads to optimize business outcomes.
  • Manage and implement new innovations to drive sales growth and meet business targets.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
  • Utilize technology to generate sales in diverse environmental and economic conditions.
  • Ensure effective management of sales visits with pre-booked customers, arranging suitable times and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proactively manage and follow the sales process with every customer, ensuring seamless and profitable sales outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives and demonstrate effective team working skills.
  • Evaluate each sales process to identify opportunities for improvement and drive increased profitability.
  • Proactively sell customer extras to drive additional revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer interactions and sales progress on relevant IT systems, adhering to GDPR guidelines.
