We are seeking a sales superstar to join our growing team as a Sales and Account Management Professional. This role demands a driven experienced individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation through research and networking.
- Sales discovery and demonstrations to qualify prospects and showcase how our services can solve their recruitment needs.
- Consultative selling through a deep understanding of clients' recruitment challenges and objectives and guidance on how our services can address their specific needs.
- Relationship building and nurturing to ensure we remain front of mind and standout from our competition.
- Negotiation and closing through collaboration with clients to tailor pricing and service agreements that align with their budget and requirements.
- Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Intelligence about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Revenue Attainment, to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success for 3 years in B2B sales.
- Experience in recruitment and talent sourcing is mandatory, with experience in IT recruitment a nice to have.
- Effective communicator with ability to build rapport and establish credibility with prospects.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong understanding of sales process, methodologies and qualification criteria.
- Proficient with CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot for tracking deals and ensuring clean data.
- Experience with sales engagement platforms and building multi-step sequences for outbound sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
