About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of Ecommerce orders across all our brands through the supply chain, including our international 3PL providers. In this role, you will drive service improvements by closely monitoring orders from start to finish and collaborating with Ecommerce, Supply Chain teams, and 3PLs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze courier performance and provide insights to optimize delivery times and costs.
  • Ensure optimal physical distribution, including the packing of boxes to meet brand needs, including gifts and bundles.
  • Propose actions and provide operational performance reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain data in the business central system, including shipping codes and forward distribution master data.
  • Support other Supply and Logistics tasks as required by the business.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a DTC logistics team with 3PL fulfillment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to handle complexity, actively seek solutions, and create new processes to increase efficiency in the supply chain.
