About The Role

The Logistics and Retail Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the UK business, working closely with the UK Managing Director (MD). This position is responsible for ensuring seamless logistics between HQ and the UK, as well as between customers and partners. Additionally, this role will provide retail support in the UK, focusing on in-store team assistance and day-to-day logistics to drive sales and awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Oversee all logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient delivery from Iceland to the UK distribution center.
  2. Inventory Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all logistics, reporting and monitoring UK stock levels, and presenting forecasts to the MD for approval.
  3. Retail Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to the in-store team, ensuring up-to-date testers and visual merchandising (VM) displays, and supporting in-store activations.
  4. Financial Management: Review stockholding monthly and report to the MD, raising invoices for all purchase orders efficiently.
