About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Immerse Recruitment Limited. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing our international supply chain and logistics network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the management of our international supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of stock.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with 3rd party logistics and Fulfilment partners to ensure OTIF delivery of stock.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock holding, reporting on any damaged stock.
  • Customs Procedures: Ensure all customs procedures and paperwork are correct and ready for international shipping.
  • ERP System Management: Manage all supply chain transactions, orders, and shipments via our NetSuite ERP system.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Supply Chain Experience: Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a global retail or manufacturing business.
  • Logistics Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of international logistics, import and export of goods.
  • ERP System Experience: Experience of managing stock and inventory within a 3rd party warehouse using an ERP system.
  • Customs Knowledge: Good knowledge of local and international customs paperwork and procedures.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
