Ecommerce Key Account Manager

We are partnering with a Global Market Leading Consumer Electronics/ Housewares Brand to find a talented Ecommerce Key Account Manager.

About the Role

This is a permanent position based in Stoke-On-Trent. As Ecommerce Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing a portfolio of brands and their top listings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of brands and their top listings
  • Monitor day-to-day rate of sale and PPM to keep in line with budgets
  • Own an account/category within SDA or CW and be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles
  • Work closely with the eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin and performance KPIs
  • Use a data-driven approach to draw insight and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives
  • Continual UX adjustments / AB testing to drive conversion
Requirements
  • Proven track record working within a sales environment and results driven
  • eComm experience desirable
  • Good understanding of P&L management
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends
