Ecommerce Key Account Manager

We are partnering with a Global Market Leading Consumer Electronics/ Housewares Brand to find a talented Ecommerce Key Account Manager.

This is a permanent role based in Stoke-On-Trent, where you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing a portfolio of brands and their top listings.

As Ecommerce Key Account Manager, you will own an account/category within SDA or CW and will be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles.

Work closely with the eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin and performance KPIs.

Using a data-driven approach, you will draw insight and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives.

Continual UX adjustments / AB testing to drive conversion – we're looking for someone who can really 'think big'.

Proven track record working within a sales environment and results driven – eComm experience desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and develop a portfolio of brands and their top listings
  • Own an account/category within SDA or CW and be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles

Requirements:

  • Proven track record working within a sales environment and results driven
  • eComm experience desirable
  • Good understanding of P&L management
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends
