About the RoleThis is a permanent position based in Stoke-On-Trent. As Ecommerce Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a portfolio of brands and their top listings.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a portfolio of brands and their top listings
- Monitor day-to-day rate of sale and PPM to keep in line with budgets
- Own an account/category within SDA or CW and be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles
- Work closely with the eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin, and performance KPIs
- Use a data-driven approach to draw insight and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives
- Continual UX adjustments/AB testing to drive conversion
- Proven track record working within a sales environment and results-driven
- eComm experience desirable
- Good understanding of P&L management
- Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends
