Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at Mana Resourcing Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through consultative sales approaches, self-generated leads, and networking.
Key Responsibilities- Take a consultative approach to sales, providing clients with tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Attend sales appointments and self-generate new leads through a combination of networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused environment with high energy and high reward culture.
- Receive world-class training with a four-week induction program.
- B2B field sales experience.
- Understanding of a consultative sales process.
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in self-generating leads.
- Excellent communication skills and high organizational abilities.
- A full driving license.
Our client offers a competitive salary, with a guarantee of £60K for the first year and realistic year two earnings of £100K (uncapped). You will also receive world-class training and be part of a high-energy, high-reward culture.
LocationThis role is commutable from Dorchester, Poole, Bournemouth, Moreton, Wareham, and Lymington.
