Assistant Manager Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful and well-established operation in the heart of Salisbury. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of staff and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, including stock control, labour management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced commercial environment
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality food and drink
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Basic financial knowledge and ability to manage budgets and control costs
